Sales
Our Property Sales' service concentrates on quality houses in the Dordogne which, in our 22 years experience of holiday rental, would provide an ideal holiday rental house, should this be of interest to you. Some of these houses will be fully renovated with little or no work required to meet the standards required for rental whilst others may need a certain amount of refurbishment.
If refurbishment is required we can be on hand to advise you in terms of prioritising works to gain the most from a rental perspective. Simply Périgord also offers Project Management Services if you are unable to handle refurbishment works yourself.
In common with the Rental and Maintenance side of Simply Périgord's business, the "raison d'être" for our Property Sales is to offer a tailored service to our clients. Once you have found the property you wish to buy, even if it's via another agent, we offer a full secretariat service to help you understand the French process of house purchase including translations, attending meetings with the Notaire, conversion of utility services etc in order to assure a smooth completion.
